There is a lot going on with The Killers. People think of them as a straightforward rock band, but there are something like 90 inputs. There are two or three different guitar amps for each of the guys, so James takes separate inputs for pretty well everything. Both the SD7 and D5 at each show ran with two fully loaded stage racks.
Paul Timmins - Capital Sound

It all worked perfectly. Everyone was over the moon and the house system sounded superb with the digital desk driving it. The advantage of the digital desk in the Super Bowl is that the FOH mix position is situated in a position where we use around 95m of MADI cable. With such a long run on analogue cable we normally pick up hums, buzzes and system hiss. With the digital format we get none of that!
Kevin Glover - Sound Stylists

The SD7 performed faultlessly throughout the night, as three bands were recorded live to both disk via Pro Tools and digital tape backup. This project has been running at RMIT for four years. And this recording, using the SD7, has been the most successful and trouble free.
John Phillips - RMIT

The DiGiCo consoles work just like I wanted them to. They get a lot of use, but they do not glitch or fall over. They are able to do everything we want and more. And, in addition, we know that they are a sound long-term investment.
Pete Charlton - FOH Engineer - Kingsgate Community Church
