The D5 has served me really well for 6-7 years and I still think it is a great console, but DiGiCo have taken a huge leap with the design of the SD7. Digital consoles tend to give me ear fatigue after a while, but the SD7 is a pleasure to listen to for long periods. At last, a digital console that is easy on the ears!
