JOB TITLE: Marketing Coordinator

Based in Chessington, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to assist in organising exhibitions and training events, manage customer databases, provide administrative support to the Marketing team and coordinate Marketing projects as required

KEY DUTIES

  • Organise exhibitions and training events
  • Coordinate DiGiCo’s presence at international exhibitions, including logistical and / or travel arrangements.
  • Arrange and manage in-house and external training events, required
  • Provide on-the-ground support and hospitality at training events and exhibitions, as required.
  • Coordinate customer databases and email marketing blasts
  • Consolidate and manage databases of customer and distributor contact details.
  • Coordinate the creation and sending of email bulletins to customers and distributors.
  • Respond to marketing enquiries from customers and distributors.
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing team
  • Ensure that website and social media content is kept up to date.
  • Fulfil requests for marketing materials from distributors.
  • Coordinate provision of advertisement artworks to magazines and websites.
  • Provide other marketing services as required.
  • Run the back office function for the Marketing Manager and assist brand ambassadors and relationship managers, as required.
  • Manage marketing loan stock procedures
  • Manage the merchandise stock for online store

 

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS

Educated to degree level or equivalent level of experience

 

EXPERIENCE

  • Good knowledge of standard Microsoft Office software, including Excel.
  • Event organisation experience.
  • Previous experience of working in a marketing role.
  • Good Knowledge or all Social Media Platforms & Email Marketing Platforms
  • Degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Two to three years Marketing experience
  • Experience of using professional image editing and design software. Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Proven ability to plan and oversee projects

JOB TITLE: Software Engineer

Based in Chessington, we are looking for a Software Engineer to work in our Research & Development team.

THE SYSTEMS YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

Our mixing consoles can perform complex audio processing and mixing on hundreds of simultaneous audio channels with very low latency. To do this they have very high speed audio engines implemented in hardware and firmware.  There is a sophisticated user interface implemented using graphics, touch and a range of electromechanical controls; and in between the user interface and the audio engine is a sophisticated application which drives the console. You will be involved in the development of those applications and the user interfaces.

YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE:

  • Working with product specialists to define new features and functionality
  • Taking ownership of the development of a new feature or function and developing the code
  • Working with product specialists during development to get the look and feel and sound right
  • Unit testing and shadow acceptance testing your own code
  • Diagnosing bug reports and developing resolutions
  • Working with colleagues to evolve and improve our development, integration and test environments
  • Working with colleagues to evolve and improve the structure of our codebases

YOU MUST BE:

  • An excellent software engineer with an ability to take requirements through to high-quality code and supporting documentation through a systematic process of design, coding and test
  • Proficient in at least one object-oriented language: we use C++ and Object Pascal extensively
  • Proficient in at least one GUI framework: we use Qt and Delphi extensively
  • Used to working with communications protocols and accessing interfaces via the operating system: we use Windows and Linux
  • Able to explain and discuss complex subjects effectively through excellent verbal and written communication skills: our working language is English
  • Able to work effectively in a team, sharing ideas, problem solving as a group and providing and accepting constructive peer review
  • Able to produce high quality software to a deadline by working with colleagues to manage scope and dependencies effectively
  • Able to manage your time and priorities effectively on a day-to-day basis within a wider team workflow and set of objectives and milestones

JOB TITLE: Sales Product Specialist DiGiGrid

Based in mainland Europe, we are looking for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success to sell the DiGiGrid range of products. They must be self-motivated, ambitious and tenacious with a good knowledge of the professional audio market.

Job Summary

  • Responsibility for the sales of DiGiGrid products in the designated territories, through both the Distribution & Dealer channels across all market verticals.
  • A strong focus on new business development into the MI & Mass verticals to expand the business is required.
  • Manage Sales Orders, Journey planning, forecasting, pre & post sale technical questions.
  • Build relationships with key market influencers.
  • Flexible working ability as travel across Europe will be required.

 

KEY DUTIES

Sales Achievement

  • Deliver the full year budgeted sales targets of DiGiGrid products
  • Provide monthly & quarterly sales forecasts.

 

New Business

  •  Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Strategically convert the opportunities to maximise the territories performance.
    Arrange and manage in-house and external training events as required

 

Personal Management

  • Create Journey Plan to maximise customer facing time
  • Organise accommodation for travel

 

Product Knowledge

  • In-depth product knowledge & solution understanding specifically DAW recording systems & plugins is essential
  • Coordinate product roadshows to key users
  • Manage product training for customers
  • Participate in events demonstrating the products & solutions

 

Marketing

  • Identify & build relationships with key influencers across all verticals
  • Build case studies to highlight “why” DiGiGrid
  • Provide insight of the market place to guide marketing activities
  • Promote all DiGiGrid activity through all communication channels

 

Admin Assistance

  • Deliver product launch communications
  • Monthly & quarterly customer reviews

QUALIFICATIONS

Educated to degree level or equivalent level of experience.

EXPERIENCE

  • High achieving sales professional with experience selling into multiple market verticals through both the Dealer & Distribution channel.
  • Good knowledge of standard Microsoft Office software, including Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Self-sufficient, well organised individual
  • Previous experience of working in the professional Audio Market.
